Today I helped a woman and her child who’s tire popped on the 110 south freeway. I got there at about 4:25 am. Christmas Eve. She had a Toyota Corolla and 20 inch rims. I can tell they were really frightened. Her child was about 10 and really cold. It’s never really an easy situation when your tire pops especially on the freeway. Its very dangerous. I put on our emergency lights. Lifted the car up with our heavy duty jack. Put on her spare and set her back down. The spare was in good condition and unlike other tow companies I made it there in 15 minutes. As soon as our dispatcher sent me the job I called Mrs Johnson to make sure she knew I was coming. She expressed how grateful she was that I called and how she had called other companies. They would not even call her back.
